MSI is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager/Professional Services Engineer to work out of the Hibbing Duluth territory. This client facing role will learn, document, and present proposals and alignment reviews towards aligning our client’s technology usage and general best practices standards. Additionally, onboard our services, implementing new technologies, and handling advanced escalations from our Service Desk.

What You Will Do:
- Understand, promote and perform Standards and Alignment Reviews to maintain and improve clients’ infrastructure.
- Document and train client onboarding implementations for internal and external support teams.
- Implement, support, and troubleshoot new hardware, software, services.
- Provide insight and collaboration with internal and external customers as a SME.
- Maintain high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships.
- Implement, participate in, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain, develop, update, and phase out assigned Clients Standards templates.
- Identify technical risk and coordinate with internal delivery teams appropriately.
- Adhere to best practices and provide recommendations to the vCIO.
- Oversee assigned projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and delivery to maximize ROI.
- Develop both Business and Technical partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware and software trends.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 2+ years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
- Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
- 1+ years Project management experience.
- Practical knowledge in server and network builds.
- Background in cloud migrations.
- Proven exceptional customer services experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Ability to support and collaborate within the organization.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level organizational, project management, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking,
