We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is looking for a career with a dynamic, high-performing organization. The primary duties include creating and maintaining field service tickets, scheduling equipment installations, monitoring account activity, answering/resolving phone calls from customers, and creating periodic reports. There is opportunity to grow this position to additional duties based on experience and skills. This is a full-time position with paid time off, 401k-matching and medical benefits.
Assigned Duties:
- Monitor terminal activity
- Create, track, complete service tickets
- Schedule Nationwide installations and programming
- Resolve, process, and track customer disputes
- Answer and process phone calls from customers
- Cross-train additional duties
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional on-call weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
