PGS has a no-pressure retail/sales environment where customers can enjoy a stress-free way to sell their valuables, such as Coin Collections, Gold & Silver Jewelry, Diamonds, and Historical Collectibles.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager & New Business Development Manager looking to take on a long-term career in becoming a Numismatics (the study of rare coins, medals & tokens), Notaphily (the study of antique paper money), and a Certified Precious Metal Specialist (Identification of Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium purities).
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn the business from the ground up (Start as a salesperson)
- Know all aspects of Sales and Purchasing.
- Teach Sales & Purchasing Training
- Learn & Manage New Business Development.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of outside sales reps
- Document all functions of the Sales and Purchasing positions
- Maintain all Sales & Purchasing SOP systems
Qualifications:
- Computer Literate in Windows, MS Office
- Computer literate in Google Gmail suite
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Fast Learner
- Ability to Work Saturdays

Wage:
- The salary is $41,760 starting. Once you can Manage a store, it will be raised to $45,936.
- Learn the company's management philosophy, create new business development plans with documented processes, and build an outside sales pipeline on commission. 100K+ a year.
- Hire, train, and manage inside and outside purchasing & sales people 150K a year.

Note:
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma, be Computer Literate, be Good with Math, and have Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills. Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures within the store as needed entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth above. Ability to work varied hours/days, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
To work for PGS as a Certified Precious Metals Specialist, you must complete our in-house training and pass all tests. Afterward, you will be responsible for attending monthly continued education training and have a thorough understanding of the Certified Precious Metals Specialist Education Guide, Precious Metals Purchasing Guide, and the Red Book for U.S. Coins. You must have your vehicle, carry a valid driver’s license, and be fully insured.
