Gino’s East in Lake Geneva is looking for talented individuals to join our front-of-house team! Positions include Host/Cashier or Servers.

Responsibilities:
Cook
- Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
Busser
- Organize, clear and clean tables efficiently for all incoming/outgoing guests
- Fill water pitcher, stock glassware, silverware and all products available on the condiment table
- Restocks clean dishes in all areas of restaurant
- Provides customers with a pleasant experience when interacting with them
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
- Set up and breakdown dining room and service stations
Dishwasher
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies
- Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager
