Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Client Teams Voice and Direct Routing
- Proficiency in analyzing call flows and advanced knowledge of the SIP protocol
- Substantial experience with Cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
- Strong background in a heavily-regulated, complex environment with standardized processes
- Significant hands-on experience in cloud contact center technologies
- Advanced skills in integrating Oracle Client/ECB and MS Teams platforms
- Expertise in Oracle Client network design, configuration, support, and maintenance
- Strong proficiency in direct routing, E.164 dial plans, e911, SIP Trunking, PowerShell scripting, and MS Teams routing policies
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex problems, adapting quickly to changes
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and management skills
- Proactive in system improvements, designing modifications, and recommending controls
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Capability to lead the development of technical specifications
- Provides engineering support for large-scale 24x7 operational environments
- Working knowledge of engineering discipline and advanced database and presentation software skills
- Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, along with effective organizational and time management skills
- Initiative-driven decision-making with a focus on sound judgment
- PowerShell /Automation Scripting extensive experience
- Experience with Client Teams Rooms, MTRA/MTRW

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Client 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer)
- Strong Genesys framework experience in configuration and implementation
- Proficiency in Genesys CCpulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA (Genesys Administrator), & Kazimir
