Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of tasks to support our Production Department.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary communication point for customers, ensuring our crews and clients have all the necessary information for successful job completion.
- Communication Management: Handle all production customer interactions via phone, including answering calls, scheduling, confirming installations, and following up on issues.
- Record Maintenance: Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
- Document Handling: Mail customer information and other necessary documents promptly.
- Mission Upholding: Uphold the company's mission and support the production department in every task.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Customer Service: A deep understanding of what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience: Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
