Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dealership.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
2. Sales and Marketing
- Set and achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints.
- Implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve customer feedback and retention rates.
4. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the dealership's budget.
- Analyze financial statements and sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the finance and insurance (F&I) department to ensure profitability.
5. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise department managers and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
6. Inventory Management
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of vehicles, parts, and supplies.
- Ensure proper stock levels and manage inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
7. Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term business plans and goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a GM role.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Market President of the Group
- Supervises: Department managers (Sales Manager, Service Director, F&I Director, Business Manager) and other staff as needed.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
