The KLemon Lab at Baylor College of Medicine is hiring a Research Technician II. The long-term goal is to identify bacterial strains and compounds that will be leads for new approaches to prevent and treat infections due to nasal bacterial pathobionts and respiratory viruses. To achieve this, they identify molecular mechanisms of interspecies interactions in the human nasal microbiome. Research Technicians in the KLemon Lab perform a variety of experimental techniques and have multiple opportunities for mentored on-the-job skill building.
