This position is responsible for a broad range of payroll tasks including, but not limited to, the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, employee payroll record and file maintenance.
- Assistant in preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, weekly, for multiple states.
- Audit time and attendance systems for integrity.
- Perform month end, quarter end, and year and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience, including Human Resources or payroll preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalent education required.
