About the position:
As the Product Lead for our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and execution of two major projects: Playbook Raise and the Playbook App. Partnering closely with the CEO, you will act as the primary product manager, steering these projects to align with our company’s objectives. You will manage a dynamic team of developers and QA analysts to ensure high-quality project outcomes and adherence to process standards. You will also spearhead the company's shift towards AI technologies and oversee the integration of Playbook Raise into the Playbook Connect App to boost user engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Product Manager is needed to perform the following duties:
· Oversee product strategy and execution for Playbook Raise and the Playbook App, aligning with business objectives.
· Collaborate closely with the CEO as the primary product manager for both Playbook Raise and the Playbook App.
· Manage all developers and QA analysts on the raise and app teams, managing sprints, documenting processes, and overseeing quality assurance.
· Help to lead efforts to transform Playbook into an AI company
· Manage weekly standups and lead scrum calls for both Project Playbook Raise and the Playbook App.
· Plan and execute the integration of the Playbook Raise web app into the Playbook Connect App to drive user engagement and increase traffic within the app.
· Manage and prioritize project deliverables, including weekly updates and bug fixes.
· Train new team members on product specifics, conduct KT meetings, and update BDA s and sales executives on new releases.
· Facilitate the integration of Playbook Raise with HubSpot, monitor data transfers, and address any issues promptly.
· Lead implementing Crazy Egg A/B testing and google analytics to develop revenue-enhancing workflows and feature updates.
· Develop and execute quarterly product roadmaps for Playbook Raise, leading the achievement of quarterly objectives.
· Work to become a key leader in the Company.
Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Management of Technology
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,053.81 per year
