Atomic Cowboy - Home of Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sully's Pizza - is looking for a creative Sr. Marketing Manager to join our growing restaurant group!
As the internal marketing lead, the Senior Marketing Manager will develop and manage the execution of integrated marketing strategies that support Atomic Provisions’ business objectives and brand vision. The Senior Marketing Manager also manages content creation for all brands, which includes social media, LTOs, digital marketing, and time-relevant promotions throughout the year. This position closely collaborates with cross-functional departments to successfully drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and expand the brand’s presence across all markets. This is a full time exempt position based out of the Support Team Office in Denver, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and manage the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising (as required).
- Execute promotional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and customer retention.
- Create and execute digital marketing programs, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, finance, and human resources to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Identify untaped target markets/segments, analyze consumer trends, and leverage ongoing research to develop effective campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance of a compelling online presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience across digital platforms.
- Successfully maintain and enhance the overall brand identity, positioning, and messaging for all brands, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring brand standards are met across all communications.
- Monitor brand perception, conduct market research, and leverage customer feedback to enhance brand equity.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and maximize online sales.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting marketing performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
- Concept and design internal and external communications, not limited to: email campaigns, posters, graphics, menu updates, etc.
- Manage internal and external photoshoots to ensure brand standard is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven experience with design and creative development.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Passion for the restaurant industry, culinary trends, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing role
- Proficiency in standard office platforms, including Adobe Suite, Squarespace, GMB, Slack
