We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, budgeting, vendor management, and payroll processing.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payroll
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
