Sanderson Psychological is a mental health counseling practice that values quality of client care. Sanderson Psychological makes the clinician’s experience a priority by offering full credentialing, referrals, client/therapist matching, first-time client scheduling, billing, collections and day-to-day administrative support. We have two locations, Elizabeth and Washington, for in-person sessions with beautifully furnished office spaces and a kitchen for our staff. The ideal candidate is required to hold a PA license of LPC, LCSW, PsyD or PhD. We are looking for candidates that share our vision of a great client experience that emphasizes connection and understanding. Responsibilities Include:
- See clients as scheduled within your preferred scheduling times.
- Evaluate clients for mental health diagnosis.
- Create and implement a treatment plan.
- Complete ongoing notes and any required documentation.
- Communicate with any other providers working with the client as needed.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week in-person and virtually (at least one evening and/or weekend day is preferred).
- Provide excellent customer service for clients.
Required Qualifications And Skills:
- Candidates MUST have clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania, (LPC, LCSW, PsyD or PhD).
- Experience with creating treatment plans and case notes.
- Ability to set stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documents in a timely manner.
- Comfortable working with a diverse client base.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems.
- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace is a plus.
