YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT KITCHEN SUPERVISOR - LEAD COOK
This full- or part-time culinary position in hospitality works between 9 AM - 10 PM. This gives you the opportunity to work your full hours in 4 days instead of 5!
As a Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor and Lead Cook in the food service industry, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations of our restaurant run smoothly. You manage a team of employees and coordinate the schedule to make sure our restaurant is always staffed appropriately. Working alongside the owner, you assist with controlling food costs and keeping our kitchen stocked with quality ingredients. You are in charge of interviewing and hiring new employees to join our hospitality team as well as terminating employees when necessary. Our restaurant is always in great shape with you as part of our kitchen management team, and you love being in a position that does such important work!
