Sales and Account Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As our Rockstar Commissioned Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the expansion of our customer base and drive sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their unique uniform needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our diverse product range. Your ability to build rapport, cultivate lasting relationships, and close deals will be the driving force behind your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, networking events, online research, and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative sales techniques to understand the specific uniform requirements of each customer and present them with the best-suited products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to align strategies, share insights, and collectively enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a commissioned sales role, preferably in the apparel or uniform industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- Results-Driven: A self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to foster strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales and CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer information.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Yacht Industry Experience: If you have deep connections in the yachting industry, you will be strongly considered.
