JT Madison Landscaping and Snow Management we offer services in the Commercial landscape and Snow removal field we also service residential lawn and landscape customers
This is not a routine customer service position but a career opportunity. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients when they need service. You will also help with a range of marketing tactics, including advertising, social media, email campaigns and website updates.
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Strong people skills
- Resourceful
- Knowledge of marketing tactics and experience in applying them to business goals
- Self-motivated
- Quick Learner
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi task without impacting work quality
- Excellent follow through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jobber, Service Autopilot
- A positive, friendly, respectful attitude is a must
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Maintain customer scheduling
- Quoting projects (new and existing)
- Assist with a range of marketing tactics, including advertising, social media, email campaigns
- Assist owner with running the business as needed
