“I initially joined the company in a role that was relatively new to me, yet the company saw my potential and acknowledged my prior experience in closely related positions. The company recognized my potential and my previous experience in other related roles. They believed in my ability to learn and provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and expertise.” – L.R.

Can you share a memorable time or experience that highlights General Power’s COMPANY CULTURE?
“When I first started in the sales department, I was assigned the task of cold-calling and following up with customers. We had a long list of customers and I thought there could be a better way to use automation to get the job done more efficiently. I presented this idea to my manager, and they allowed me to implement a solution that was not what I was originally assigned with. This flexibility in my work gives me a sense of control in what I do. It makes me feel like I'm solving problems with a purpose rather than to simply fill a role.” – F.O.
