We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and grow within the company.
Duties:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist in scheduling appointments for multiple technicians and maintaining calendars
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
-Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist in project coordination and tracking
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
- Experience working in a construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative assistant duties and/or customer service is an advantage
-Being Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
