Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager with experience in Property and Causality Insurance to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for all aspects of day to day client operations in a P&C brokerage. Excellent opportunity for someone to enter into a leadership position with an expanding independent insurance agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quote Property and Casualty insurance
- Quote Commercial Lines
- Quote all lines with Brokerage
- Schedule Rep Appointments for life + investments
- Schedule Rep Sales Appointments for clients
- Provide insurance applications/paperwork to complete sales with clients
- Complete and submit insurance applications for underwriting approval
- Work with Home Office (u/w) to manage client policy approval + changes
- Handle and document customer service needs (contact history)
- Accept client payments and assist with billing issues (billing dept)
- Cross-Sell Monoline clients
- Cross-Sell Employees of Commercial clients
- Conduct reviews of existing client's home + auto for discounts + upsells
- Conduct reviews of existing commercial accounts for changes + upsells
- Manage Marketing Campaigns to drive life and investment appointments for Rep
- Manage Text Campaigns to increase reviews/appts/cross sell
- Participate in Networking opportunities to drive more referrals
- Participate in Social Media Campaigns to drive more referrals
- Participate in client appreciation events / COI events
Experience:
- Must have an active Arizona P&C License in good standing.
-Exceptional opportunity for a P&C professional currently in a captive insurance agency to expand into a growing independent agency as one of its key managers.
- Proven experience in client services or account management role in a P&C agency.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Project management experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable in an insurance sales situation: asking for the sale, closing and follow-up.
