Position Description
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations and execution of the NINJIO Finance, Revenue, and Channel organizations. You possess experience at startups or quickly growing companies and have directly built and optimized systems and processes to support growth. You are comfortable working directly with the CFO, CRO, CMO, VPs and other leaders and individual contributors.
This role will support finance, sales, account management, customer success, and marketing and requires competency with data aggregation, analysis, and a customer-first thought process. We will look to you to recommend change and innovation based on your own analysis and data-backed opinions.
Essential Functions:
- Support the day to day functions of sales, finance, customer success.
- Optimize Hubspot and other systems to support the revenue teams, and evaluate new systems to help build efficiencies in our program.
- Build and optimize programs that will support the revenue generating functions of NINJIO.
- Tell clear stories with data and be able to present those findings to the C-level executives you will support.
- Alert sales and senior leadership to problems that may negatively impact revenue predictability.
- Coordinate internal teams to create or improve processes across all functional business areas, including finance, sales, operations, service delivery.
- Create foundational systems dashboards for senior leadership to visualize and recognize health of our business.
- Assist in governance of our Partner Program.
- Assist with revenue forecasting, sales stages, and conversion metrics, and ensure our models, reporting, and process supports linear growth.
- Assist with sales order entry and ensure accuracy.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Experience:
- Direct experience building, implementing and running a RevOps function that you owned, including system build out and optimization.
- Deep expertise with Hubspot and CRM refinement.
- Proficient in modeling data in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with and presenting data to C-level executives, including challenging opinions held by others.
- Experience evaluating and negotiating with vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate efforts cross functionally (internally and externally).
- Strong communicator who can be a mediator between multiple departments and initiatives.
- Ability to create/pull regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Experience creating, updating and delivering presentations.
- Individual must be highly organized and self-directed with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
