Pay Rate: $18.74/hr., minimum (Dependent on experience) + Tips (Base rate & tips average $22-$24/hr.)

PURPOSE
To provide valet parking service for guests, and to assist the Valet Supervisor with administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accept responsibility for guests’ vehicle and keys; and safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicle.

Greet guests and provide guest service, with knowledge of casino functions, events and surroundings.

Communicate by radio with Valet team members.

Ensure operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures on assigned shift.

Assist the Supervisor with administrative responsibilities.

Perform Supervisor’s functions in his/her absence.

Address all guest situations unless guest specifies otherwise.

Responsible for shift scheduling, daily paper work and daily shift rotations.

Conduct new team member training.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

Minimum of one (1) year Valet Attendant experience.

Valid vehicle operator’s license and no traffic citations in past three (3) years with no more than two (2) minor traffic violations in the past three (3) years.

Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
Skills and Abilities:

Proven ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.

Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and any assigned shifts.

You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
