Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experiecnced professional to assist the company with maintaining relationships with current clients, building upon preexisting relationships to foster increased use of our services and develop new ones with prospective clients. The chosen candidate will work with our Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams and assist with anything they need.
- Responsibilities:
- Learn the CCLR sales pipeline & Lead Status (You will be tested on this) .
- (Dial Made/Conversations Had/Meetings Scheduled/Meetings Closed)
- Utilize the marketing coordinator for new lead generation
- Utilize the inside sales system to meet your quotas on dial count / conversations had/ meeting attended/ Meeting Closed.
- Propose ideas to your supervisor - Is there new technology we could add to make your life easier or make the sales cycle better.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of CCLR's services to close deals
- Identify prospects to turn them into CLOSED status -- Continual follow-up until scheduled closed
- Determine customer needs to create interest creation I pre-purchase and purchase of CCLR product.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first appointments with customer decision makers. You will learn that the ones that you schedule have a higher turn-out rate of closing compared to that of the inside sales team getting you the FTA.
- Utilize the company's Inside Sales Management System (ISALES) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly. Work with your supervisor to keep the CCLR team aligned on new trends with the competition.
- Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferable in Sales and Marketing
- 5+ Years Sales and Marketing experience
- Outgoing personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- An inherent drive to learn and grow in the position and with the organization
We are a nationwide litigation support company that provides services to insurance carriers, self-insurers, TPAs, medical providers and law firms throughout the country. We provide litigation support pertaining to insurance claims with our primary service being record retrieval. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Philadelphia PA.
Compensation:
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 including commission at no cap (salary is negotiable per sales experience)

401K & Profit Sharing after 1 year.
