JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist /Office Assistant with one year office experience. Must be reliable, punctual, friendly, possess a positive attitude and be able to handle multiple tasks while staying organized. A self-starter is a MUST.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering phones, collecting payments, data entry, daily balancing and bank deposits, filing, using scanning devices, miscellaneous accounting functions and maintaining the customer lounge.
Job Requirements:
- Data entry experience Required
- Bookkeeping experience Required
- Reception/Office Experience - 1 year REQUIRED
- Customer service skills
- Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Must have reliable transportation
