Underwriting Administrative Assistant
$16.24 / hour minimum starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Sort and deliver mail, fax, Document Control, and unmatched checks. Handle must-answer telephones for all Underwriting staff. Submit vendor invoices to Accounting, reconcile agent commissions for MVR/CLUE charges, and update Underwriting Department staffing rosters. Order consumer reports, generate Canada Non-Resident Liability Cards and Loss History Reports and maintain Department supplies.
