One of Acara Solutions clients in the Restaurant Management Software industry is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media join their team!

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals. Identify opportunities to grow and engage our audience across all owned social media channels.

Content Oversight: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Creator Studio Development & Management: Develop our customer creator program and oversee the enablement and execution of this function.

Analytics & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Community Engagement: Foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the Senior Associate, Social Media, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.

Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
