**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join RE/MAX Jaret & Cohn in our Rockland Office. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be a member of our Agency Support Team and responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement along with foster relationships within MidCoast Maine and with our 50 Agents across four offices who have proudly served Belfast, Camden, Rockland, and Waldoboro for over 40 years.
**Duties:**
- Create engaging content for social media posts, including text, image, and video for our company and our Agents.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with Agents to market listings , services, and celebrate closings.
- Manage and Coordinate company events, press releases, and open house marketing.
-Support Agents individual marketing needs such as postcard and Every Door Direct Mail designs and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
-Support Agents with Listing Preparation, Buyer Agency Marketing, and administration work as needed to support a thriving and fun office environment.
-Work alongside other members of the Agent Support Staff to support Agents in their daily work.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
-Work history in a professional environment.
-Strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web and public relations principles
- Photography and Videography skills to create visually appealing content
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva
- Experience in social media management and advertising
-The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
-The ability to work in our Rockland office and attend company events, community events, or open houses that can fall on occasional evenings or weekends.
