JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee all functions of project construction
- Hold meetings with subcontractors
- Create and maintain project schedule
- Managing daily activities of subcontractors
- Handling inspections for projects
- Maintain a safe, clean and compliant job site
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience as commercial construction superintendent
- Must be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology
- Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Procore
- Must have a valid Drivers’ License
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and self motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
