In the Corporate Account Manager position, you are assisting B2B customers with technical questions and customer support. The accounts/customers you will be assisting are Retail Managers, Vendors, Key Account Managers, and business owners. In this role, you are to provide an amazing service experience to customers by simplifying and meeting their needs for beverage, industrial, and medical gases. We are seeking a savvy, self-driven relationship builder to join our client’s team as our client’s newest Customer Account Manager.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for each customer through calls, email, and chat
- Be part of a high-energy team working towards an unparalleled customer experience in our industry
- Technically support any website, dashboard, or account questions
- Make outbound calls to new customers
- Multi-task in a high energy standard office environment
- Speak and listen effectively with Company customers via phone
- Recognize problems, resolve or escalate as needed
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience is ideal
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Outgoing, empathic, and customer-focused
- Customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency
- Associate’s degree is preferred
