Noble Corporation is looking to hire an IT Project Manager within our Corporate Office while working a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate for this role will have been able to lead projects and teams to completion and been able to create collaborative environments while doing so. The delivery and stakeholder focused IT Project Manager who will be a key member of the IT Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO team is responsible for a wide range of IT related projects including enterprise software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, network and communication systems upgrades that impact both the onshore and offshore organization and fleet. The PMO combines traditional Project Management approaches with new ways of working, striving to work in an agile and lean manner.
Key Responsibilities

Providing project management expertise to deliver IT solutions, acting as the interface between IT and the business.

Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Developing project plans and schedules, identifying resources needed, and allocating resources accordingly.

Managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.

Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.

Monitoring project performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving issues as they arise.

Communicating project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Establishing the needed processes and tools to support consistent excellence in project execution, balancing simplicity and speed with the need to do things right.

Liaising between stakeholders and technical teams, transforming business requirements into the selected system solution, in close alignment and cooperation with the many business stakeholders involved across Noble.

With a focus on ease of use and the overall customer experience, leading project activities and meet and exceed project deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.

Ensuring a continuous overview and status of our IT related projects from idea generation to implementation. This includes establishing and facilitating the supporting governance processes.

Enabling the transition of new processes and systems into operation, including the facilitation of organizational change management.

Leading project planning, scoping, and implementation efforts, proactively involving the needed stakeholders, thereby securing a close collaboration and alignment with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and provide continued best practice support to leaders to ensure successful adaptation of the needed initiative.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

PMP certification preferred

5+ years of experience with managing IT related projects or programs, with solid experience with traditional, as well as with agile and lean project models.

Strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach to stakeholder management.

Effective in driving change management throughout the organization.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
