**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate tracking
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Assist in succession planning
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers successfully
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in employee relations and conducting research on industry trends
