Job Description
As a Senior Programmatic Digital Sales Specialist specializing in retail inventory, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your extensive network of sales leads and industry expertise. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives tailored to retail clients in the North American market.
As the Sr Programmatic Digital Sales Specialist, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail industry, focusing on programmatic digital advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising strategies that meet the unique needs of retail clients.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programmatic advertising solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
What background you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on programmatic advertising and retail inventory
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive network of contacts within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, platform and best practices.
- Extensive network of contacts within the retail industry.
- Excellent communications, negotiations and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated, highly organized, and independent, with a proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and consistently perform in high-pressure environments, who will hit the ground running.
- Effective communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying issues clearly, making points concisely, actively listen and ensuring successful overall communication channels.
- Adaptable to change and consistently able to deliver exceptional results with limited guidance.
- Good time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills and abilities.
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.
- Experience with CRM platforms. HubSpot preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A location within the continental United States. Preferably close to an international airport.
