Hangar Aviation Management is looking for an Aviation Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with AP/AR processes, organizing and scheduling meetings, answering the phone, and helping assist with events and meetings. This role is a full time position 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday and will be in-office at our aviation hangar.
Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Tasks:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, expense reports and payments accurately and timely.

Reconcile credit card statements

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.

Prepare monthly invoices.
-
Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions.

Office Administration:
-
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
-
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Support Functions:

Help coordinate company events and meetings.

Provide support in the preparation of financial audits.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and eagerness to learn our flight scheduling and expense tracking system.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
