Salary: $50,000-55,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Description: Join our dynamic team at R.O.I. Properties as an Operations Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with team members on Commercial, Residential and Property Management services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating both independent initiative and collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will be efficient, creative, and conscientious, with excellent communication skills and a resourceful mindset.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Creating flyers, e-blasts, newsletters, social media posts and other marketing materials to promote listings;
- Preparing Listing Presentations;
- Providing internal sales support to R.O.I. Team Members and Clients;
- Coordinating client meetings and events;
- Managing CRM and other databases;
- Maintaining internal and external listing communications and schedules, including status reports and audit functions to ensure information is complete, timely, and accurate;
- Initiating, monitoring and terminating insurance, utilities, and coordinate maintenance of properties through third-party vendors;
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external teams and vendors;
- Coordinating payment for property expenses with R.O.I.’s Accounting Department;
- Performing transaction administration and management;
- Providing support to the R.O.I. Teams, overseeing active calendars, handling correspondence, and assembling documents for meetings.
- Overseeing and processing mail for R.O.I. Properties and R.O.I. AMS;
- Handling daily phone and email messages and interfacing with agents;
- Maintaining office and coordinating occupancy, office supplies, vehicle and insurance, inventory, filing, photocopying, filing, scanning and document production
Qualifications:
- Previous real estate or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Required);
- Reliable Transportation;
- Arizona Real Estate License (Preferred, not required);
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance (Required).
