Job Description:
. Provide direct care to residents,
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment and
- Provide a high level of personal care on a daily basis
- The successful candidate is one who works closely with community management to provide residents with best-in-class personalized care and
- Prepares resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care
- needs,
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.Requirements - the candidates we interview must: Be at least 18 years old.
- Have CNA/PCA/HHA Certification from a state approved program.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in
writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
- Provide direct care to residents, assist in maintaining a safe environment, and provide a high level of personal care on a daily basis.
- Prepare resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
