Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Google Ads expert to join us as a paid contractor. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health, eager to make a difference, and looking to build their portfolio while working flexibly in their free time. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion rates. The role requires a deep understanding of advertising tools, SEO principles, and the ability to analyze data to inform campaign strategies.
**Duties**
-Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, particularly utilizing Google Ad Grants effectively.
-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct media research and provide recommendations for media planning and buying.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and optimize targeting.
-Educate team members on Google Ads best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to inform campaign optimization and improvement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Plan and manage media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and SEO.
**Qualifications**
-Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally with Google Ad Grants.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to digital advertising.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and other advertising tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform campaign strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines and achieving goals.
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, to effectively reach diverse populations.
