Job Posting: Marketing & Membership Coordinator
Position Overview
Pike Run Club and Lodge is looking to hire a full-time Marketing & Membership Coordinator to oversee specific marketing and sales initiatives of the club. This position plays a crucial role in promoting and selling memberships, services, and events. This is viewed as a dynamic role that requires a blend of marketing expertise, sales skills, customer relationship, and event coordination abilities to effectively promote the Club and help meet annual revenue goals.
The Marketing & Membership Coordinator would be responsible for the duties listed below and those additional, as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Create advertising using print, web, etc. to effectively promote Pike Run to target market areas.
- Maintain and promote the Pike Run website and social media accounts to increase online traffic.
- Complete monthly digital media campaigns promoting specials and events.
- Layout and compile monthly newsletters, or other publications as needed.
- Track advertising response and success.
- Meet and follow up with group sales clients to plan and contract events.
- Track marketing and sales budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget limits.
- Work with the House Committee promoting the facility and its amenities to existing members.
- Work with the Membership Committee to achieve marketing goals set by the BOD.
- Assist in the planning, communication, and execution of club events with all departments and committees, ensuring they align with the club's branding and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning of the yearly Spring & Fall Social new member events.
- Prepare after-event press releases for distribution to local press and media.
- Attend local community events to promote the club and build relationships within the community.
- Proactively communicate with prospective members.
- Mange the membership process for candidates for membership.
Position Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience preferred. Experience within hospitality, hotel industry, restaurant, or private club industry preferred, but not required.
· Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access) and PDF files (either through the Adobe Suite or other means)
· Experience with the technical aspects of website development and upkeep.
· Effective and positive communication/ presentation skills.
· Must be organized, efficient, committed, articulate, maintain a professional appearance and be a team player.
· Ability to think quickly, work under pressure, anticipate problems and handle increased level of responsibility.
· Must be proficient with computers and stay current with advancing technologies.
· Work experience in Marketing and group sales.
· BA / BS degree preferred, but not required.
- Ensure all Pike Run policies and procedures are followed and comply with legal and ethical standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Compensation:
· $40,000+,base annual salary (based on experience)
· Strong incentive package based on new revenue generation.
