We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
- MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular).
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
