Purpose:
Provide guidance and support to young adults (18-24+) navigating post-secondary education. Foster connections to schools, employers, and communities, to enhance independent living skills in order to successfully transition into the workforce.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide Case Management to residents

Assess, coordinate, and provide direct services to participants

Outreach to schools and community partners for recruitment

Documentation and Data Entry

Collaborate with regional service providers to develop/enhance programming options
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
-
Valid Driver's license with clean driving history

Must be able to pass background checks

2 years case management experience

Work/volunteer experience with young adults (18-24) preferred

Flexible schedule: Occasional evening/weekend hours are required
