Job Description
Novum Medical Products is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Amherst, NY. This position will work closly with our VP of sales to provide support to the company’s clients and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Customer service - answering incoming calls, responding to emails, responding to internal inquiries, and initining and following up on electronic weekly target marketing
- Provide information about the company and products to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the client’s business and products; identify problems, determine the source, and recommend solutions
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products and pricing.
- Identify customer needs by using knowledge of current policies and procedures, industry trends, competitive factors, customer problems, or industry competitive factors to determine customer needs.
- Work with VP of Sales to provide Pricing for customers.
- Follow-up on oppurtunites.
- Manage orders as through fullfilment.
- Follow-up on unresolved issues to ensure they are resolved.
- Manage support and customer complaints
- Use sales tools to generate targeted electronic mail campaigns
- Follow up on activities created through mail campaigns
- NO Cold Calling
- Base + Bonus
Qualifications:
·Associates or College Degree preferred
·Prior experience in sales and customer service preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
