Chrysalis Autism Center, Inc. is seeking a center-based, part-time RBT to join our team. Must be available from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm or 11:45 am to 4:15 pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior plans.

Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of behavior plans.

Provide positive reinforcement.

Monitor and document the progress of learners.

Communicate with families, guardians, and other professionals regarding the progress of clients.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

RBT certified (preferred).

Current BLS (CPR) certification (preferred).

Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Pass a background check.
