Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth, development and flexibility.
- Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls
- Provide excellent customer support to clients
- Assist with data entry, filing, organizing, and checking in parts for repair
- Maintain stock of supplies for use in office
- Clean restrooms & eating area & vacuum as needed
- Take out trash
Qualifications:
- Desire & Ability to learn
- Self-starter
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer entry with attention to detail & consistency
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support
- Experience in a technical field is a plus but not necessary
