PURPOSE
· Create Memorable Guest Experiences with authentic Hospitality that embodies the Joie de Vie (Joy of Life) mentality of the South of France.
· Share a passion and knowledge of Food, Wine and Spirits with guests to inspire them to return and recommend the restaurant to their friends and family.
· Tour guide the guest through the cuisine and experience of the French Riviera, with inspiration from other coastal Mediterranean countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Including but not limited to the following:
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards following recipes and using jiggers for accurate pours
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed
· Have a positive, “What else can I do,” Attitude.
· Work well as a teammate in a high volume, fast paced, positive working environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Previous 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
· Excellent oral communication skills.
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. or more.
· Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) & be able to work on weekdays, weekends, & holidays.
· Food Handlers Card / ServSafe Certification as required by local government.
