Marathon TS is currently seeking an HR Program Manager to provide support to a federal client located in Irving, TX. ***HYBRID position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to address complex organizational and HR issues and concerns.
- Offer subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas.
- Design and implement new organizational structures.
- Implement reengineering and business process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct workforce, employee, and labor relations studies for the agency.
- Design, implement, and manage complex information technology systems and integration projects.
- Analyze and provide recommendations concerning federal HR Policy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in business process redesign, change management efforts, or information system management (required)
- 5-10 years of managerial experience
- Experience working with federal clients
Must have Technical Requirements (list the 3 to 4 must have technical requirements)
o 1. Knowledge of and experience in Federal HR is essential, including Federal HR policies, HR System, OPM policies, full-range of HR practice areas, etc.
o 2. Strong communication skills – primary contact with the customer is through oral communications – precise, to the point
o 3. Collaboration – both staff and customers – team looks to the person for coaching/mentoring – customer looks to them for problem solving
o 4. Organized – documentation and reporting must be timely and accurate
o 5. Problem-solving – mostly around personnel issues or while coaching staff
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
