Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to determine the best appointment options
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work efficiently and independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications such as Excell and Google Sheets.
