LPNs needed for Child/Adolescent Treatment Facility (Psych Under 21)
SafetyNet Behavioral Healthcare is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18 years of age, serving both males and females in different locations.

Job Description:
The LPN is responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective medical care of the population that SafetyNet serves. In addition, the nurse will continuously assess needs to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts by collaborating with other departments, clinical and non-clinical, to coordinate admission, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner. Finally, the nurse will demonstrate professionalism at all times and will uphold standards of practice by holding team members accountable for continued compliance.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Medication administration, resident assessments, health education, and medical appointment follow-up medical care.
Requirements
The LPN must be able to fulfill the required orientation training including Managing Crisis Safely (or equivalent).
Full-time positions available
6:00PM-6:30AM
1 year Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred but not required
