Duties:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO principles to optimize our social media posts and increase visibility.
- Collaborate with our public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze our social media metrics, making adjustments to our strategy as needed.
- Create and edit visual content using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
- Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
- Excellent research and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong public relations and customer service skills.
- Experience with web design and content management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
