We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
