One Federal Solution is hiring an Administrative Specialist to support our Federal Government client in the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card credentialing office in the Washington, DC area.
Job Duties:
- Data Entry into various systems.
- Activate security compliant PIV cards.
- Run Reports.
- Take up to date photographs of PIV cardholders.
- Assist with tracking PIV card expiration and recertification due dates.
- Order fingerprints.
- Printing PIV cards as identified for processing.
- Review of reports, emails, or other data identifying PIV card specific information such as expiration dates.
- Schedule PIV card, fingerprinting, photography, etc., appointments with applicable staff commensurate with the PIV activation need.
- Troubleshoot unexpected issues or problems such as PIV cards being misrouted to incorrect locations.
- Collaborate with the local NPS Building Management staff for utilizing PIV cards for granting physical building access.
- Use clear and professional communication and provide a high quality of customer service when interacting with Government personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a background in standardized badge production.
- minimum of one year of experience working as a credential production operator.
- Must have a Public Trust eligible (Secret Clearance preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must possess computer skills preferably in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
- Administrative and/or Clerical Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
