* Address inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status.
Order Processing:
* Assist customers in placing orders and ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system.
* Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment.
Problem Resolution:
* Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues related to orders, deliveries, and product performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or the equivalent.
* Proficient data entry skills.
* Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
* Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.32 - $26.68 per hour
