We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Field Marketer to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our hospice services and expanding our reach within the community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community members.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospice services within the community.
- Identify and establish relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other potential referral sources.
- Represent Seasons of Life Hospice at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings.
- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about the benefits and services of hospice care.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources.
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
